Our Sutton Coldfield Christmas Holiday Club for children aged 4–12 will run at Rowans Nursery under the nursery’s single registration. The club runs for five days and is staffed by our experienced team with activities grouped by age band (4–6, 7–9, 10–12). An onsite cook provides hot meals and manages dietary requirements — all meals and drinks are included in the full‑day price.
Working dates & price: Monday 22 December, Tuesday 23 December, Wednesday 24 December (07:30–12:00, half-day session), Monday 29 December, Tuesday 30 December (07:30–12:00, half-day session), and Friday 2 January 2026. Full day price: £33 per child (meals & drinks included). We will also list one shorter/matinee session (movie/quiz day) priced at £16 where applicable.

What we’ll run each day during our Sutton Coldfield Christmas Holiday Club
Staff will run sessions in age groups so every child takes part in appropriate challenges and has something to take home:
Creative Workshops Large group art projects and themed craft builds — from Christmas decorations to group murals. Activities include clay modelling, mixed-media collages and structured craft challenges. Activities are done in small group sessions only. Staff model techniques support fine-motor development and ensure every child finishes with a keepsake.
Active Play & Sports Structured games and mini-tournaments tailored to age groups. Options include team games, relay challenges, dodgeball-style activities, or gentler movement sessions for children who prefer calmer play.

We offer HAF‑supported places for eligible families through Birmingham’s Holiday Activities & Food programme (locally branded as ‘Bring it on Brum!’). HAF provides part‑funded or free places and healthy meals for children who meet local eligibility (typically children receiving benefits‑related free school meals). Safeguarding, staff ratios & wellbeing
All staff are DBS‑checked and trained for holiday club delivery. We maintain appropriate staff:child ratios and allocate group leaders for each age band. Visual timetables, key‑person support and quiet areas help children settle quickly.
