Half-term is nearly here, and if you are looking for fun, reliable childcare in Sutton Coldfield, Rowans Holiday Club has a full week of activities lined up. We are open Monday 26 to Friday 30 October 2026 for children aged 4 and above, with a different activity every day.
A different activity every day
- Monday 26 October: painting and junk box modelling, a messy, creative start to the week.
- Tuesday 27 October: arts and crafts, with plenty of autumn inspiration.
- Wednesday 28 October: science fun, with hands-on activities for curious minds.
- Thursday 29 October: harvest baking, getting stuck into some seasonal cooking.
- Friday 30 October: pumpkin carving and party games, a great way to finish the week.
Why a holiday club makes half-term easier
School holidays can be tricky for working families. A holiday club gives your child a full, structured day of play and learning while you are at work, in a setting where they feel safe and settled. Children get to make friends, try new things and have a break from screens, and parents get peace of mind.
Rowans Holiday Club is based at Rowans Day Nursery, 74-76 Kings Road, Sutton Coldfield, so many children will already know the building and some of the team. Our staff are experienced, DBS checked and first aid trained, and the club is open to all children aged 4 and above, whether or not they attend the nursery.
Meals, hours and price
The club runs 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. The daily rate is £33 per day, which includes all meals, snacks and drinks, so there is nothing extra to pay and nothing to pack. A freshly prepared hot lunch is provided along with morning and afternoon snacks. You can book the days that suit you; you do not need to book the whole week.
How to book
Places are limited, so please book early. You can use the booking form on our October half-term holiday club page, or call Amy, Helen or Becky on 0121 354 1752.
