Would you like a stall?
We would love parents, local businesses and crafters to join us. Booking a stall is a £10 donation, and all of your sales are yours to keep. We also ask each stall holder to donate a prize for our tombola and raffle. To book, speak to Amy, Helen or Becky on 0121 354 1752 or email info@rowans-nursery.com.
Can you donate a prize?
We are gratefully accepting donations from 19 October for the raffle, the tombola and the stalls. Whether you are a local business or a family at home, every donation, big or small, is hugely appreciated. To make it easy, we are asking for a different kind of donation each week:
- Week of 19 October: main raffle prizes, such as gift vouchers, experiences, hampers and treats
- Week of 26 October: bottles and tins for the tombola, such as wine, alcohol, pop and tinned food
- Week of 2 November: toys and books, new or used and in good working order
- Week of 9 November: chocolate and sweets, such as lollipops, selection packs and boxes or bars of chocolate
- Week of 16 November: tombola items, such as new or nearly new gift sets, soaps, fragrances and homeware
- Week of 23 November: lucky bags, decorated and filled with sweets and treats for children (no nuts, please)
- Week of 30 November: last minute donations for all of the stalls and the main raffle
Other helpful ideas include Christmas wrapping paper, gift bags, festive decorations, small stocking fillers, biscuits, cakes, mince pies, soft toys, toiletries, candles and small craft items.
Are you a local business? Read our message to local businesses. You can drop donations off at the nursery, or call us on 0121 354 1752 or email info@rowans-nursery.com. Local businesses can also arrange a collection with the Sea Cadets at admin@suttoncoldfieldseacadets.com. We would be delighted to thank the businesses that support the event.
